Profile and Experience:

Mr. Abdul Q. Khan, B.A., LL.B., is an experienced lawyer and notary public with years of substantial experience in the areas of criminal, family and immigration law. Mr. Khan obtained his B.A. from McGill University and his LL.B. degree from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. Khan has successfully defended numerous criminal cases. He brings with him extensive criminal trial experience. Mr. Khan has conducted several major criminal jury trials. He has been highlighted in local newspaper articles in his Northern practice. Similarly, he has had success with almost all of his immigration cases over the years. He also brings significant experience in family law matters. His successes can be attributed to his hard work, dedication to clients at a personal level, understanding of complex legal issues and his extraordinary persuasive submissions.

Additional areas of practice include: regulatory offences and civil litigation.

We will provide private meeting rooms very accessible to clients in Mississauga and in the surrounding GTA. We can meet clients in several GTA locations closest to client’s preference.
